The Singapore installation marks Satair’s third global AutoStore deployment, following successful implementations in Hamburg, Germany, and Dulles, USA, supporting the company’s broader strategy to harmonize and robotize logistics processes across its global network.

Satair’s Singapore facility plays a critical role in supporting aerospace customers throughout Asia-Pacific. As regional demand increased, the company needed a solution capable of improving operational performance while maintaining high service levels and reliability.

AutoStore enables Satair to manage approximately 80% of its small and medium-sized aerospace spare parts inventory within an existing 1,000 m² (10,764 ft²) footprint. By combining high-density storage with goods-to-person fulfillment, the system helps improve operational efficiency while supporting the growing needs of aerospace customers throughout South East Asia.

The AutoStore system stores inventory inside a high-density Grid where products are contained in stacked Bins. Autonomous Robots travel across the top of the Grid, retrieving requested Bins and delivering them directly to operator Workstations.
This goods-to-person approach reduces unnecessary travel within the warehouse and provides fast, efficient access to inventory. At Satair Singapore, the system combines high-density storage with automated retrieval to support faster order fulfillment, improved consistency, and greater operational flexibility.
