Over the past 15 years, Laurent has specialized in process optimization, the selection of automation technology, and the integration of information systems. He started his career in telecommunications in 1991 before transitioning to the supply chain sector with Capgemini Consulting. Laurent AutoStore in early 2021, following a six-year tenure at Generix. His hands-on experience includes overseeing major mechanized warehouse projects in China and France, particularly implementing WMS projects interfaced with automation systems. With 15 years of project experience, Laurent offers both operational and strategic insights, fostering a supply chain that is more innovative, efficient, and adaptable to evolving practices.
