丈夫なコンテナ
ビンとは、在庫を保管するコンテナです。ブロックのようにグリッド内で横に並べたり上に重ねたりできます。丈夫な構造で、ロボットが丁寧に取り扱うので、いつまでも使い続けることができます。
すべての商品は、「ビン」と呼ばれる標準化された特別設計のプラスチック容器に保管されます。それぞれのビンは、AutoStore™コントローラーのデータベースに保存された固有の番号で識別され、その番号がビンにラベル表示されています。システムはすべてのビンの所在を把握しています。
ビンは3種類のサイズが用意されており、可動式仕切り板を使用すればさらに柔軟性が高まります。ビンをより小さな区画に分割し、カテゴリーの異なる複数の商品を保存したり、ストレージ容量を増やしたりすることができます。
最も大きいビン（425mm）は、 R5+およびR5+ Proロボットで使用できます。
AutoStoreのビンは、HDPE、PP-Cまたは帯電防止PP-ESD製です。積み重ね可能で、長期間にわたり数十万回単位の移動に耐えるように設計されています。耐久性にも優れ、ノルウェーのElotec社にある世界初のAutoStore倉庫では、2005年に導入されたビンが今も使われています。
Yes, with the introduction of the FlexBins system, AutoStore now supports multiple Bin sizes — 220 mm, 330 mm, and 425 mm — within a single Grid. This allows for greater SKU coverage, improved storage density, and more flexible workflows such as kitting, staging, and buffering.
Yes. Movable dividers are available for the 220- and 330-mm-tall bins for up to 32 compartments per Bin. The 425-mm-tall Bin can be divided into a maximum of 8 containers. It is up to the WMS to administrate and maintain Bin contents (stock/SKU) and their location within the Bin.
No, weight sensors in the port would not allow the Bin to move into the system.
Yes. The Bins are made of highly durable materials, and are designed with no perforations to the structure of the Bin. This means items inside the Bin are protected from water damage if fire sprinklers are activated for example, and if any items inside the Bin leak due to damaged packing, etc. the contents are contained inside and unable to leak out onto the Grid.
