Here, he spearheaded the design of operation processes, layout, and WMS flows, introducing innovative changes to warehouse operations. Additionally, David has demonstrated leadership as an Operations Manager and Process Innovation Leader in a top-tier global 3PL company and has managed warehouse operations for a renowned global healthcare firm.
