Terms and Conditions for AutoStore LogiMAT 2026 Quiz Tour

1. Organizer: The raffle is organized by AutoStore System GmbH, located at Im Striep 10, 41069 Mönchengladbach, Germany.

2. Eligibility: The raffle is open to people 18 years or older. Employees of AutoStore and their partners and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period: The raffle begins on March 25 at 10:30 AM and ends on March 25 at 12:00 PM. Entries received after the end date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter: Participants can enter the raffle by filling out a form to subscribe to AutoStore's newsletter and scanning a QR code to get to the landing page of the raffle. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prizes: The prize for winning the raffle is AutoStore Grid LEGO. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

6. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on March 25 after the quiz tour.

7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via announcement at the event. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

8. Data Protection: By entering the raffle, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the raffle and for any other purposes to which they have consented. Participants' data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Liability: AutoStore System GmbH is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the raffle or the acceptance and use of any prize.

10. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the raffle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stuttgart, Germany.

11. Miscellaneous: AutoStore System GmbH reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the raffle will be notified to participants as soon as possible by AutoStore System GmbH.

12. Consent for Commercial Follow-Up Communication: By entering this form, I agree to the collection and use of my contact details by AutoStore System GmbH for the purposes of administering the raffle and for receiving commercial follow-up communication, including newsletters, promotional offers, and updates about products and services.
